Darryl Montgomery | Director
Darryl is an experienced business owner and project manager with a background in building and construction, and more recently with a career shift into recruitment and immigration services. He enjoys the challenge of putting a business together, getting it to run well and making sure that it delivers not just for the stakeholders, but also for the people that work within it. Darryl knows how to navigate the immigration system and draws on his unique skill set to help businesses find the skilled workers they need to enable growth.
"Starting NZ Jobs Search came from a desire to leverage the huge amount of experience Debbie and I have with employers, corporates, recruitment advertising, recruitment knowledge and immigration law. I thrive on building great relationships with clients and helping them find the right staff to grow their businesses. I was in building and construction for 20 years and a big key to my success was building a great team around me. Debbie Rhodes | Recruitment Specialist
Debbie has 15 years experience in recruitment, working at the agency level and as an independent recruitment specialist. For the last eight years she has specialised in international recruitment, helping fill roles in the health, trades and service sectors. Debbie has built up a network of employers from all over the country and has earned a reputation for matching the right candidates to the right jobs, while exceeding the expectations of both parties.
"My favourite part of the job is connecting people together, I love meeting people from other countries, learning about their culture and why they want to work in New Zealand. Many people come here wanting a better life for themselves and their families, and being able to help them achieve their dream is very rewarding.
On the local side, every day I am meeting New Zealand business owners who are desperate to grow and expand their business, but cannot find enough skilled workers. Connecting these people together to solve a common problem is very satisfying and I feel like I'm making a real difference in peoples lives."
Nichole Lill | Operations Manager
Nichole is an experienced businesswoman who brings a wealth of experience and insight to her role at NZJS. Based on the beautiful Great Barrier Island, Nichole is part of a growing workforce utilising remote work in order to have a better work/life balance. Managing applicants, the flow of candidates and keeping the lines of communication open, Nichole works closely with recruitment specialist Debbie to help people find their dream job in New Zealand.

When she is not working hard to keep operations at NZJS running smoothly, Nichole enjoys the best of the outdoors in New Zealand. She can regularly be found swimming, kayaking and spending time with her husband and young son.
